What would my life be without Brian Regan? Dull and boring... that's what. I was in my Children's Literature class on Wednesday and had another laugh courtesy of of my favorite comic. In class we were talking about the kinds of activities we could do with a class after reading a book to them, these activities are called "Reader-Response Activities", in case anyone is dying to know... anyway... one of the girls had a story about a moose, and my teacher was trying to think of something she would do with a moose story. Her dialogue was as follows:
Mrs. Fagan (my teacher): "Well, you could probably figure out a way to connect your story to science. You could talk to your class about what mooses eat....mooses? moose... how do you put that?..."
Me: (under my breath and laughing) moosen...HAHAHA!!!
So the next time you see a flock of moosen remember that even college professors don't know what the plural form of moose is... but Brian Regan does!
