My family and I were looking for a house to live in now that our current home in going into foreclosure. A few weeks ago we looked at your house and absolutely fell in love. We put in an application to rent your house, only to find out that the realtor had posted a lower rent than was actually expected. Today we got a call saying that you agreed to lower the rent to the amount that my family can afford. Thank you so much for lowering your rent so that my family can live in this AMAZING house! Today you made me smile, and you also made my mom scream for joy... literally : )
